I have so many happy memories of Kate. We met at college and quickly became good friends. We would meet up every Thursday lunchtime, we did that for about 7 years - when I moved way Thursday's were never the same. We had lots of laughs and I always looked up to Kate.

When I sat Graham and Kate next to one another at my wedding, I knew they would hit it off.

I am so sad that Kate is no longer with us but I am glad that her suffering is over and she can rest in peace. X
