This Tribute is raising money for the Multiple Sclerosis Trust in order to support others who have this debilitating disease that has so badly affected Kate and her family, and also St Wilfrid's Hospice, Chichester who provided such outstanding support to Kate and her husband Graham during the final 7 years of her life, and offer invaluable assistance to anyone in need.
