Kate and I met on our first day at high school and soon became firm friends. I have so many fantastic memories of Kate, she truly was beautiful inside and out. Kate faced this cruel disease with such bravery and dignity with the love of her life by her side. Rest in peace Kate, always in our hearts. Hayley x
